Mens or womens?

As a nonbinary person, i use the womens if theres not an all genders bathroom, because female is my birth sex

No, its based on what you feel more comfortable with. All gender bathrooms makes sense, because it gets rid of the anxiety of trans people having to figure out if they should use the bathroom they feel comfortable with, or the one that goes with how they identify. Gender neutral bathrooms also help nonbinary people not have to go into a bathroom they dont feel comfortable with

Maybe they should make the men/ women bathroom more of a birth sex identifying bathroom instead of these genderneutral bathrooms, bc that can prevent possible harassment

Look, gender neutral bathrooms are needed. You're not trans, you dont get what its like, to be forced to go to the wrong bathroom. You dont get what its like to be scarred of people finding out your trans when you go to the bathroom that matches your gender identify, and then getting harrased. Look, im nonbinary. I can confirm that i get major dysphoria when i have to go to the womens bathroom, but its the only one in can go into. Have you thought the gender neutral bathrooms dont have to be stalls? They can be just like the ones in your house. They can be normal. Men dont need urinals to be able to use the bathrooms. They can use regular toilets. So why do we have to have specific bathrooms, male and female? Would it be that hard to maybe add a unisex one or something? You dont have to get rid of male and female bathrooms, you could just add a gender neutral one.
