What? So it seems like there's a constitution race created by the opposition. First OP's 'Common sense' Party wants to replace this 'Corrupt' Constitution when in reality, they just want to give more power to the owner. Their constitution (A7S1) says that the owner acts as the entire judicial branch, as if the owner doesn't have enough power. OP just eliminated the entire checks and balances article off of said proposed constitution to further prove my point.
