On one side we got Incognito saying the "will of the people!" When he means the will of a handful of appointed congressmen. On the other we have Sloth saying "the will of the people!" When they mean: the will of all four of the Nerd party members that responded to his polls. The thing about dry satire is it's funnier if you don't explain it.
