Let me tell you about the type of students in American public schools
Normal kids: they are pretty quiet and they keep to themselves
Popular kids: sometimes annoying you'll see them in groups
Bullies: not much of bullies just shallow people who just tease and it's super annoying
THAT kid: causes a ton of trouble and is not phased by it, pretty much a crackhead
The bathrooms a decent and the boys bathrooms are hell itself
The lunch is meh
The teachers are decent and the school itself is just decent

Well, it depends.
Here's what high school is like from my experience.
A normal day... not much happens, except before and after school with the chaos that is riding the bus.
The typical lunches are either burgers, nachos, sandwiches, or pizza.
The bullies are almost entirely verbal, and almost anyone can be one.
As for how people react to LGBTQ+ people... there are three kinds of people.
1- Homophobes (surprisingly rare)
2- People who make LGBTQ+ comments as a joke and honestly don't care
3- People who are part of the LGBTQ+ community and are supportive

My school is INCREDIBLY different from most schools so idk

Basically, its your lectured for 3 1/2 hours about school crap, then you can get lunch

My school's lunch is the basic stuff: pizza, spicy chicken sandwich, cheese sticks, milk, and fruits/vegetables

The last few hours of the day is also getting lectured until the bell rings and school ends

some dude walks in with a gun and shoots everyone and they all die

They happen a decent amount in America

Makes me want to kill the school shooter if they ever pick my school...I would literally leave the safety of the classroom im hiding in just to kick the person's "huevos" so hard they wouldn't exist, shoot them there, break their arms and legs, and then throw them right slam against the lockers

We start at 7:24, and end at 1:51. I usually take the bus ride to school and home, and all that. We have a schedule where a oeriod is dropped everyday. "For example B Day has no World History, C Day has no Phy. Science, etc. for each Day."
