U.S can run outta money?

Government has been out of money for decades. We'll ask China for another bail out. They will soon own us. Bankruptcy, that's what brought down the Soviet Union, it will be part of what brings down the United States.

That's what happens when Congress spends so much they forget money actually has value.

I'm assuming because they spent more money on a pointless conflict to assert dominance than the richest 30 people in the world own, that they could've spent replacing almost every mile of highway with highspeed rail tracks at the cost of $50,000 per kilometre.
