HCP will organize the army, the navy, and the air force. The ranks are fine. But you can't really tell who's in the army. So we're gonna be making people who are in the army put their occupation in the title. Or we'll do what crusader_stream did. We'll make an image. And 1 comment will say "If you wanna join the army, reply to this comment" and that image link will be in some stream desc. So we can call them up in times of war.
NOTE: Who ever wins the HCP Primaries can create their own policies and go along with the pre-determined policies.
