I feel that's just the direction Disney is going as a whole. Sure Loki was good. WandaVision was meh. And I fell asleep in the movie that came out of Captain Marvel. (side note I tried watching them in chronological order but Captain Marvel is just so cringe I could not. Also apparently there's a bit that ripped off the terminator.)
