make a valid point instead of an insult, please

I've got so many repetitive attack ads from Surly and OP I've just given up replying because I always get the same responses. Plus trolls only want attention, so it's best not to give them what they crave.

They're like a wind up toy; they can only say so much and when they get broken, they're annoying as hell.
