Wow and? Just because they laughed that doesn't mean an upvote
Like a youtube video, for example, I laugh at a lot of thoughts and don't push the like or subscribe, it's the content, not how funny it is.
Ive seen many other memes about the same message this meme has and it got ALOT of upvotes and those long memes one of em said to upvote so he can make more long memes and there was this one bill meme and it said bill comments and upvotes, this meme only says to upvote if you laugh
One, they upvote for effort and not the area where it says upvote. Two, they most likely got told to stop upvoting or someone will. Three, the Bill meme is also an upvote beg but not for the one dude, but every single meme, like I have three hours.
