Now the question is: who's calling the shots? Are they both somebody's backup accounts or are they a friend of Abdul (who I assume is richard chill.)

Well, they aren't a real party. They are here for trolling or they're here for some other reason, but not actually to do what they say.
If new richard and his crew were interested in taking out the nerd party for being too far left, they could join half a dozen right wing parties already on IP and do just that.
A facist party attacking a left wing party is a great advertisement for the left wing party.
The only thing the middle hates more than the left is nazis. So fake facists are a huge boon to the Nerd party.
But until they disband: the facists are enemie #1, because we can't take a chance on them being real facists.
