anime is so hard to draw but i manage by looking at a picture as I draw
if thats to difficult, try tracing for a while

There’s actually this book that I have that helps me with drawing anime. It’s called The master guide to drawing anime.

Practice anatomy and uses references, also search it up on YouTube until u get the gang of it

first start with eyes and then try and make the head then do the hair and then the mouth and nose look it up on YouTube and then practice on the body
