Step 6: Make a logo for your party
Step 7: Start a Coup d'état
Step 8: Win the civil war and assert a one-party system and hold control over the entire stream

I wouldn’t recommend starting a party when you just arrive to a stream. It’s really difficult, and especially getting popular with the voters is a difficult task if they don’t see a name they recognise
