idek lmao maybe the only people who really mention their families are venting and everyone else just never thought of mentioning their families because nothing out of the ordinary ever happened with them

my family is really f**ked up, but I dont really say shit...and I get in the middle of it. I'm part of the outcast of my family, because I have something the rest of my family doesn't have, knowledge.

I can relate (kind of)
my mom and my aunt mostly just use shout-'till-you're-understood speak with me when they want me to do some stupid shit or act like someone else
i'm pretty much the only one who thinks it's good to be different from everyone else and that authority isn't always right, and that rebelling can be the best course of action in many cases

my family....is not like that. they are crazed monsters who constantly fight over anything. ANYTHING. we've got a bunch of druggies in our family, lots with some weird amounts of illegal drugs, and my family is split into like 4 different factions. people in 1 faction rarely talk to others in a different faction. also, prostitutes are a common problem for the males in my family

I have an aunt that I never actually met that's in jail for that shit. my cousin was in her custody as a baby and was abused and neglected

think of that aunt, now multiply her by like....50. my family has lots of problems, which is why I avoid them.

the 7-11 usually comes out of my pocket
my mom stopped actively trying to keep the kitchen stocked maybe half a year ago, and I don't know where my next meal is coming from unless I just don't eat until school because i'm from a low income family and lunch & breakfast are free

most schools give supper. stock up on school food. steal the food. or eat your mother.

my mom thinks now is a good time to start making me independent.
therefore, I have to cook for myself, which ends up being for everybody since my family thinks it's a good idea to eat the only food I have and that I made for myself

she also says that i need to hang out with people at my school (specifically girls my age) so i can be more mature and more feminine. LITTLE DOES SHE NO THAT THOSE GIRLS SHE WANTS ME TO HANG OUT WITH ARE STRIPPER WANNABES. AND BOY DO I NOT GET ALONG WITH THOSE SHITTY BITCHES. THE FRIENDS I HANG OUT WITH ARE ACTUALLY WAY BETTER EXAMPLES THAN THOSE W**RES.

One time I forgot my phone in my mom’s car and I needed to be picked up from my bus stop (this was in middle school). Well, I tried to use the school phone to call my mom but she didn’t answer. I thought that maybe she realized that I didn’t have my phone, so I waited for her to come. Sunset came, so I just walked home. The door was unlocked and I walked in. My mom was cleaning when she looked at me dead in the eyes and told me I forgot my phone. She had this very smug look on her face and then told me off about how I shouldn’t forget my phone. I forget my phone ONE time and now I’m this incompetent child that can’t pay attention to save their life.
