I've done a little bit of searching and your half right
While looking at screens for a long time (like hours at a time) it will harm and damage your eyes,
But if you follow like a 20-20-20 rule (Every 20 minutes look at something 20 feet or more for 20 seconds or more) it can improve your eyes.
It also varies if your playing video games or scrolling down social media

That's not how it works bro theres a difference between strain and exercise. Exercising causes micro rips in your muscle and it rebuilds it stronger. Strain is pulling the muscle and it weakens it causing the vision to go commit die

Listen here you dumb shit

''Playing video games might actually help your eyesight. According to the National Institutes of Health, studies prove that playing action video games enhances key aspects of visual processing, including spatial resolution—meaning gamers can actually see things easier and clearer.'' ---Google

Alright dipstick, Computer vision syndrome, also referred to as digital eye strain, describes a group of eye- and vision-related problems that result from prolonged computer, tablet, e-reader and cell phone use. Many individuals experience eye discomfort and vision problems when viewing digital screens for extended periods. And on that note, screens use blue light which is a factor in eye strain which is why theres a blue light filter which will cute the blue light and give a orangish tint

I do, mister. I care, and I does not pertain to you, then you simply ignore it. I was simply ridiculing your weak attempt to invalidate The-Quiet-Kid's claim.
