Well, I have a few scenerios, but you will have to write your own story to it.
Scenario 1: (If you talk with her frequently, or talk with her at all, this might be the one) When you're talking with her, spice things up a bit, maybe ask about her dating history, or if she's interested in anyone(maybe act like you don't know). Eventually you should tell her that, "I've actually had a crush on you, believe it or not(maybe add how long you've liked her)."
Scenario 2: (For if you don't talk to her frequently or have never talked to her) Go up to her when she's not with anyone, ask her to sit by you at lunch and make sure your friends don't interrupt you. At lunch talk about casual stuff, what she likes to do, what are her interests, and then near the end of the lunch period you can start to get to the point of saying you have actually had a crush on her, and you were wondering if she felt the same.
I hope this works out between you two, I'm an 8th grader, so I have at least some experience :). I've been thru both scenarios and they've both worked for me. Remember, use my scenarios, but rewrite to your own liking. P.S. Let me know if it works out
