Natalie raises an eyebrow at this. "What?"

(More Majins start to appear around Natalie and Kat.)

"What the hell?" Natalie tries to sprint away.

(When Natalie tries to sprint away, a Majin kicks her down.)
Majin Sonic: Who are you running from?

Natalie hits the ground, waking Kat back up. "I'm running from--from you!" The woman stands back up and holds her child protectively.

(All the Majins start laughing dementedly.)

Natalie uses a free hand to summon a ball of fire. She shoots it at one of the Majins.

(The Majin is unaffected, and keeps laughing.)

She curses under her breath. How could this happen? Natalie shoots more fire at the Majins.

Majin Sonic: HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

Natalie tries to kick the Majin away.

(Another Majin tries to grab Kat.)

Kat opens her mouth to scream, and a horrible, deafening scream comes out instead. The sound causes Natalie to wince in pain.

(The Majin retreats to its previous position.)

Natalie carries a sleeping child as they walk down a city street. It's pretty late, around 10PM.

(Natalie notices an odd purple aura coming from an alleyway.)

(Kat suddenly wakes up from a Nightmare.)

Kat gasps and hyperventilates, her eyes wide open in fear.

Natalie grimaces a little bit, hating the fact that her child is scared. Regardless, she smiles down at her child. "Hey, hey. It's okay...you can go back to sleep. Mommy's here." She comforts Kat.

(Majin Sonic steps a bit closer, a wide smile still on his face.)

Natalie backs away a bit, returning her focus to Majin Sonic. "Hello."

Kat tries to go back to sleep by covering her ears and closing her eyes.

Jamie sits up, rubbing his head. "What the hell..." He immediately jumps off the table and looks out the...hallway.

*its a empty one, some broken lightbulbs strewn about

"Hm." He walks through it and reaches for one of the lightbulbs.

*the glass is shattered

Jamie throws it aside and continues walking.

*there is crying from below her

He looks for the source of the crying.

*set of stairs going down

He looks conflicted. "What will hurt me?"

*the kid does not respond to this

Jamie stands up. "Whatever it is, we need to get out of here before it...hurts us."

"Interesting..." Jamie walks down the flight of stairs.

*a hallway full of doors

"Hopefully there's an exit here, so I can get the hell out." He looks into each of the doorways as he passes through the hallway.

*in one of the rooms a smol child is crying, wearing a grey hoodie and black shorts, one of their arms is completely back, the fingers on that hand are long, like claws, they have thier head tucked into their legs

Jamie moves towards the child. "Hey...are you alright?"
