i'm not a socialist. I believe In capitalism but with social programs, like healthcare and a universal basic income, and social housing but also private housing. That's what a social democrat is.

I meant the social programs. Wouldn't that require some level of government strong enough to decide what to do with a large chunk of the citizens' money and with the power to enforce it? I'm wondering if you believe that it doesn't conflict with the strong libertarian score you got?

Yes, it would require a strong government. But the libertarian score primarily comes from not giving government power to dictate what citizens can and can’t say, like protecting free speech and stuff.
I took another quiz and got closer to the authoritarian scale, so maybe that’s part of it. Also, I believe in a popular vote parliamentary system, which would severely weaken the powers of the governments.

On your last point, large government strength doesn't need any specific leader. If any popular vote system, decisions establish a law that infringes on other people's rights, it's still the "government" doing it. As for government having control over money but not not actions/speech, what makes you think they're so different? If the government can control where money goes, they can have influence on what media platforms allow by giving them tax cuts if they comply or otherwise bribe people to keep themselves in power.
