Oh nice. I am a dollar store suave girl myself. I'll check out the other ones. Is your hair more coarse or fine? I'm trying to figure out my daughter's African hair, it's so new to me. I don't want her being ashamed of her hair like I was growing up. My mom didn't have a clue what to do with my hair and I am only just learning to like styling it.

It's thin strands, but pretty kinky. I'm also Puerto Rican so I may not be the best source, depending on your daughter's genetic makeup.
