Yep . . . that's exactly the excuses that increasingly desparate -- or insane -- leftists are currently making . . . not comprehending that it makes Joe Biden look utterly incompetent. Of course Joe Biden IS incompetent as both Barack Obama and former Secretary of Defense, Robert Gates, INFORMED leftists in regard to Joe Biden back in 2020.
