Fair, but that hurts..

How so?

I just made a fursona on Artbreeder, and I'm pretty sure it was unfeatured because I didn't give credit to the artists who created the original images I used. However, I don't really know my way around the site, so I have no way of finding out who said artists are.

I have several problems with that as well.

Dont use any image that was not gifted to you as your fursona.

Instead. Find a f2u base. There's THOUSANDS of them to choose from. With different animal species too. Use those.

Google lens works sometimes.

What is gifting images? Is that something on Artbreeder?
As I said, I don't know how the site works, only how to create and edit images. And as for f2u bases, I just imagine so many ways that can and will go wrong.
I'm not asking for forgiveness or vindication, and not trying to say you're wrong. What I'm trying to say is that I am bad at art.
And that's just a fact. And there is nothing I can do about that.

Gifting art is like when someone gives you a character. Or if you pay for it. This goes for any website.

F2u bases can't go wrong if you leave the watermark. And don't claim that they're your base. I use them all the time.

Oh. This is called a miscommunication.
I'm pretty certain that either the people who made Artbreeder or an AI made the images I combined to make my fursona. And, if a person who didn't make Artbreeder made it, then they uploaded it to the site, and very intentionally made it public for all to be able to use.
About f2u bases, I understand why I should use them, but I'm bad at picking good colors for things.

Didn't even think I had to say this.

Speaking of which, I will bring up another problem this stream has. Reposting art without credit. No artist wants their work to be stolen and then reposted without permission or credit. That's the same as stealing. So do your research and find the artist, use their name or link it, or even just ask them for permission. Woah. So easy.

Oh yeesh. I don't post art, but I would feel the same way if someone reposted my art...
