How would Megadeth's music with Asuka would differ from Megadeth with Dave? (Other than the vocals)

Asuka tunes her guitar way too high. I guess it's to get a more jarring sound. It makes Mehadeth sound way too screechy.
But that's the new sound til Dave escapes the basement.
