Now our leftists are stating that somehow Trump -- through the art of the deal -- locked Biden into a biding contract and thus Biden's rank incompetence as Commander-IN-Chief is actually all Trump's fault . . . and thus leftists IGNORE what it MEANS to be disgnatied Commander-IN-Chief . . . pretending that it is just another name for President . . . when it is not.
