I think the reason biden made this face was because of being blown away by the news... he's has heard enough of the taliban trash going on, and the news about the bombing was simply not gonna help the pressure. But yes, this meme is still true.

Guys spent the last 9 months dealing with pandemics, anti-vaxxers, and america's equivalent of ISIS and now this is added on top it's no surprise he's stressed. Unlike the last guy he can't just go golfing for a month and take credit for their accomplishments and blame them for his mistakes.
