I have to wonder...
If, historically, in Christian churches women have not been allowed to take the role of priest, does that mean that ever since the inception of Christendom, it has been a ploy to increase masculine power? Does that mean that the saints who have found heaven are evil and misogynistic? And if that is the case, does that mean that the misogyny seen throughout history is the natural order of things? I am no masculinist, but I feel rather strongly against the Feminist movement. Unless you are baptist or the like, this statement directly contrasts your religious belief system.
Also, who gave that quote? I'd be willing to bet it's not a saint or a Pope or any of those.
