7869 / Cutest Creeper; Cutest Creeper was discovered when he commented on an SCP document on YouTube. He is a real creeper who can grow arms on his will. Being exposed to 7869 when he has his arms will result in a literal panic attack. This only happens if someone has the intention to hurt Cutest Creeper or somebody he cares about. Living things that do not desire to harm anyone are not affected.
There was a recent test that has to do with SCP-7869 and SCP-096. 7869 looked at a photo of 096 and it breached as usual. When 096 got to 7869, he grew his arms and 096 immediately ran back to it’s cell, traumatized and became docile for a whole month. Another test was made, but it was on 682. SCP-682 was also traumatized and cried in a corner demanding for half a ton of bleach. No more tests were made and Cutest Creeper went home and did his everyday activities.
