That's similar to the first tank design, so it is outdated. I'm not saying it's bad however, with right manufacturing. We can make it incredibly OP.

and it is you see the union just had so many WW1 era tanks that they just took the MK V and modified it to high hell they took the problems that the MK V had and made sure to get rid of them such as no firepower from the back of the tank bigger guns thicker armor better engine transmission and they made the tank longer and wider and there are also hundreds of different variants.
