There’s a difference between dying because you didn’t want to live, and dying from murder. So it would make loved ones feel better if they had been murdered, instead of that they weren’t enough of a reason for them to keep living.
Well that's probably china too, they actually are a huge reason why north Korea gets away with operating the way they do.
I feel bad for the chinese. They get out of the Japanese oppression in 1945 only to be overtaken by a dictator government from their own people just 4 years later.
