Try labeling yourself different refer yourself as a few genders and figure out which fits the most

Does it work even if I already have a preferred name and pronouns? And if you are talking about calling myself the correct name and gender in my head, I am already doing that.

Calling yourself different genders, say your a boy, or a girl, or a enby something along the lines, pronouns dont correspond with gender so pronoun finding wont help too much

Ok, I still prefer my name and she/her pronouns and I like to associate myself as a girl. Some of my worst dysphoric moments are me asking myself why I wasn’t born a girl. So yeah, I’d say the gender I identify with is the correct one.
