Remember that the Mainstream Media has essentially worked for the political interests of the Dem Party since around 2008. This means that Biden and company fully EXPECT the MSM to fanatically spin and cover for his major level screw-ups in regards to Afghanistan . . . no matter what.
This makes the left's leadership both sloppy and lazy. He (or his handlers really) KNOW that the MSM will readily forgive them and change the national messaging on this if he just manages to get most of the U.S. civilians out. The detention, torture, and eventual death of a few dozen or so will just be . . . written off.
