He still occupies the Oval Office, yes, when he's not hiding from the nation due to his egregious 'leadership' decisions; but he has never BEEN president. He's just the Left's resident dementia patient in control of the nation's nuclear arsenals.

The real president are his team of handlers . . . none of whom have been elected to office and none of whom anyone knows. Neat, eh?

Yep . . . we could speculate endlessly as to the nature of his handlers . . . but we might never know.
