Well, they first met when they were in a lock down drill, they both had something in common in that drill, they had planned of ways to take down a shooter if they entered the classroom

Yeah, May's plan was to get inside a filing cabinet and tip it over on the shooter while Leo would flip a desk over and use his metal bat he brought every day and attack the shooter head on

Epik Elijah would break a window and escape
