2 Questions, what is an "oc" and how does one create an oc?

They think of what they look like then they draw it or steal somone else’s art that describes your oc and credits them (don’t be a criminal like doofus he didn’t credit an artist and got sued) then if thou wants too they can sumbit it to me (oh yea you can give it a personality too that can make it easier to cast)

Also oc stands for original character in other words it’s a character made by you that can be based off any piece of media mostly movies or video games but anyway
