B. Resignation. Most people would be dissatisfied with his term and MAGA couldn't put up with it. He'd resign and put someone else in charge.

A. If we wasn't nuked, he would keep nearly missing getting nuked, lasting a full term. His term would however, be the worst in IP history, being even worst than Beez. He would soon after his term be deleted.
