Usually comments and memes not relevant to the stream they're posted on are deleted by the stream mods, or perhaps even site mods. Plus the voter registration system ensures everyone who votes follows the stream. Just as long as the voters aren't alts that is.

Some people complain about voter ID rules being too lenient, other say it's too strict. I think this is a good compromise.

Dude! Wtf use the template correctly please! It makes us look like noobs using meme templates incorrectly. We have almost no memes for us these days except mine and the one by the VP is used completely wrong. I can remake it in correct context. (not a bad law tho, need to think about it tho) if ya want to use this template properly, try it like this:
