Alright, I sorta understand what you're doing here but it's kind of childish. Friday meme parties sound good but mark my words, people will just forget about them really quickly. Also, who would want your autograph? You're a frog on a meme website. Some of this is okay, but the whole 'No appointing who you want' and then you back down and say that you're saving seats for your friends makes this statement almost useless. I get that thats for a cabinet and such but the way you said it made it sound a bit weird. Also, the way that I got into Imgflip_Presidents was because I knew a few people there and so I worked up to get appointed to congress by IG. If we did things by your system, the same people would get elected every time because the same people are voting. It's complicated, your whole system isn't completely flawed but it's not amazing. No offence. The amount of power you're giving the owner/s is insane. If the owner is corrupt or unfair, that means we can do nothing about it because they're also judge so we can't put them on a fair trial because you've practically made them judge and the jury. If they're in charge of all of that, you might as well just make them president. It's ridiculous! Again, the amount of trust you have with the stream mods is extreme and idiotic. If Andrew becomes a stream mod, he'll stay a stream mod because of your broken system and hierarchy. If the people in charge are unfairly abusing their mod powers, you're suggesting we simply go to court where the mod is judge and jury and overthrow them? It's impossible. It would be an absolute miracle if they were actually fairly prosecuted. Ah yes, "No more popularity contests!". Instead, we'll take it to court where if there's an unfair owner or mod, they shall decide what happens to you. In your case if you win, you can just immediately ban IG, PR1CE and anyone who ran against you. In conclusion, not too bad. Two things: me appointing my own cabinet means nothing as that's how we always used to do it and the cabinet is ceremonial at best. They only have the authority to do what the president asks them to. They don't make laws or run the show. Even the Wubbzy, who is my secretary of state will basically just be a figure head.
Respecting the courts very specifically DOESN'T allow me to just ban people that piss me off. That's the point. Let's say you or I are president some time in the future: we can't just ban people we don't like cause we'd have to convince the courts and the Congress instead of just deciding how it's gonna be.
Balance of power. It helps everyone.
