She's Ellie, yeah? I havent played TLOU, but my guess would be Delsin from Infamous: Secons Son on the Evil path. Delsin not only loses his brother in the middle of a fight sequence, he ends the game by killing his entire family in a fit of rage. The good ending has him vandalize a sign in memory of his brother, though. That game gave me the feels. Hard.
