I think crusader is with AAA

Crusaders are allied with the AAA and the AGA. So they won't attack AGA. And they are welcoming to weebs and they won't harass any weebs for liking anime. Since they are neutral even though most of the crusaders aren't affiliated with anime.

Neutral in AAA-AGA conflicts. Maybe not much in Animepolice conflicts. We can be a mediator between both sides. We have a mutual defense treaty so whoever attacks the AAA will have to face us too.

Crusaders weren't really allied with the AP. They just listed them as allies though we did nothing as allies.

But we didn't dismantle ALL the alliances. We are still allies with the AGA. So if the AAA and AGA go to war. We can be a mediator between both sides.
