Article 3: Head of Congress
Section 1: The HOC shall be given mod as long as their term lasts.
Section 2: The HOC with the most votes at the end of the election gets moderator.
Section 3: The HOC shall hold Joint congress sessions at least once a week to discuss and propose new laws.

Article 4: Congress
Section 1: Congress shall be formed of 15 members. The President, VP, and HOC shall pick 4 members. The 3 Empty seats shall be filled by the runner ups. If they choose not to participate, Vacancies will be filled by HOC.
Section 2: Congress shall propose and vote on rules for the stream. A simple majority (8-7) will pass the bills, and the President will either enact it, or veto it. If the bill is vetoed, then ⅔ majority will pass it.
Section 3: Vacancies In congress shall be filled in an alternating pattern by the President and HOC.

Before Price's constitution, the HOC chose 5 members (from what I recall) and the President chose 3. TBH the changes made for both VP and President were a power grab.

Everything's a "power grab" when someone you don't like is in charge.

The fact you're too ignorant to see an obvious power grab when it's right in front of you and instead would rather attack the person who said it amuses me.
