The constitution gives the owner broad powers to handle stream affairs automatically making the owners the defacto top court.
This is necessary because of bad actors like IN that pretend that the Congress can run the stream.
Plus you missed the part where people can appeal court decisions and unconstitutional laws. You guys let IG run rough shod over the constitution when he tried to eliminate the courts and the presidency by unilaterally declaring he could ban people without a trail. When I brought this up, you all started acting like the courts don't exist. Hence the nessesity for clarification of the courts duties.
TLDR: you already made courts (on paper) but in practice have none since you ignore them.
