This is that tie policy and I want congress to vote on it.

If the two top nominees get equal on votes, the other Presidental/HOC nominees will be kicked off the ballot and they can vote between the ties along with the other voters. Let’s say the most recent election between BeHapp and Wubbzy and I had voted BeHapp, then, this is where this policy comes into play. The likes of Jeffy, CityArcade and Randomness would leave the ballot and then they would be able to vote between Wubbzy and BeHapp along with the regular voters.

Interesting idea, especially since we were so close to a tie happening last time. And the idea of letting the losing candidates vote in the tie-breaker is a good one. However, I don't think the best way to break a tie is doing the election all over again. I think it should be decided by Congress instead, like it is in the US if the electoral college is tied. And if Congress is tied then the Vice President gets the tie-breaking vote (which is also how it works in the US).

Ok, thanks for the feedback, I only just read it.

I actually promised this if elected as RUP’s congressional candidate but I lost that to Pollard so I resort to plan C (Plan A was doing this as President next term and Plan B was doing this as HoC next term)
