No OP OCs, I repeat, NO OP OCS! PLEASE!

POV You/yourOC chose to help people with cleaning out an old house. People say that it’s haunted, but you honestly don’t believe in ghosts and possession. You arrive at the house the next day, and you’re with three people, so far. Jennie, the woman who asked you to help out, and John, someone else who agreed to clear it out, and someone named Tom, a really superstitious person who thinks he can “banish the unwanted spirits” with a cross and some rosemary. You look around, and you see a lot of old things. Nothing has a cover on it, not even the couches and chairs. You see a photo with a family in it. You’re assuming they’re the ones who lived here before. For som reason, someone scribbled out what you’re assuming is the father’s eyes and mouth, like someone was here before. You decide not to tell Tom about it, and hide it from him just so he won’t cause a scene. There are two ways this can go, like you/yourOC is actually doing this, or it’s like a video game. If you choose for it to be like a video game, it’s gonna be like a horror game. You gotta stay alive, you can save files multiple times, and you go back to where you saved if you die. There are tips and stuff scattered secretly after you get all the basic ones for what everything is and how things can kill you. But if you choose like you’re actually doing it, you’re doing it like it’s actually happening. No respawn, no save, just stay alive. It’s no game mechanic stuff, the things that can kill you aren’t specially made for places or things you can do to stay alive, you’re on you on your own. Also, if you die, you have to start the role play all over again by making a new comment, not reply. You can use the same OC from before, and you can use yourself multiple times as well.
