*Winter opens a portal, someone tries to stick their hand through and winter immediately closes the portal, the arm that was inside falls to the ground, it looks like it’s covered with a sleeve, it has a gold G on the sleeve*

*Winter opens another portal, no one is around and they appear to be near a city, no one is around*

*the portal begins to close, from Summer and Winter’s side all they see is a scientist pulling out their gun on Blaken before it closes*

*on your side of the portal, you appear to be surrounded or at the very least you would be hit if you attempted to run*

GL scientist A: reopen the portal. If you do not comply you will be detained.

Master Chief: the hell are you talking about

GL scientist A: reopen it, now!

GL soldier A: I don’t think they can, their human.

GL scientist A: in that case detain him anyway. I want to know what exactly how to make that armor.

*Winter closes the portal again as a scientist reaches through to grab one of them, they lose their hand when it closes*

GL scientist A: they just broke a machine that is now useless anyways, let them go. We have a larger “issue” to deal with.

Winter: we’re still rebuilding because of a different invasion I’m not willing to talk about so we aren’t really doing anything for fun, except Summer I guess, their spending a lot of time in your realm.

(No, they are technically unrelated events that will tie into the same story later on, wasteland 2 never actually got finished before)

???: we’re… get ready for the stupid name… sun demons. Contrary to what CD calls us, we are mortal and can be killed, time here is the same as earth, it just takes longer for us to complete a year here, like many of the planets in what most of us call “the overworld” or what is known as Earth’s realm.
