Marx said that communism was enevitable because the proletariat were the most revolutionary class and would eventually revolt and throw off their chains. He was wrong. He did not understand how easy it was for people to learn to love their chains.
There are a few people in small pockets who understand the truth about the world, but they are few and far between those who have learned to love their slavery.
