To be fair . . . Joe was a U.S. senator for ONLY 40 years and it is a difficult thing for a leftist to keep in mind.

Oh yes! One of Obama's guys pointed out that Joe Biden was the only upper level 'official' he knew during Barack's administration who was always wrong about foreign policy . . . no matter what. Barack himself warned people that they should, "Never underestimate Joe's ability to f**k things up."
