You mean the side effect that the vaccine companies -- already guaranteed immunity from prosecution -- have admitted exists? Making employees take ineffective vaccines with known dangerous side effects is why the federal government, teachers unions, hospitals, and businesses in general will eventually be faced with a host of lawsuits as people DO suffer and perhaps die from those KNOWN side effects.
