I think he's just getting round comment timers here. He didn't get around his community mod Suspension with his alt because he agreed to take a break. Richard got around his ban with Abdul Kareem.

So to clarify: we know IG used a bunch alts to violate TOS by avoiding comment timers handed out by community mods.
But that's fine because he was only violation TOS not local rules set by local stream mods? WTH?

I’ll need to check ToS to see if using alts to avoid comment timers is an offence or not.
