So, the policy is where each party will run primaries for positions if they have enough people running. Take the RUP HoC battle. That was primaries. Holy Crusader had 13 eligible voters so they could’ve done the same between Richard and RMK, most likely ending in an easy RMK victory. All parties can run their primaries on any date between the 12th of Month 1 of the current presidents’ term and the start of campaigning.

That's technically allowed already. Nobody's deciding how any party nominates its candidates.

Ok. Fair enough. I do think the Crusaders should’ve held Primaries though for HoC.

That's why the RUP is the only true pro-democracy party. All the others just undemocratically appointed their candidates.
