Quinn (top): what the-
Kube (bottom): what’s she running from?

The girl hides underneath one of the slides. A group of kids that look somewhat older than her thunder towards her, anger and spite drawn on each of their expressions.

Quinn: o_o
Kube: oh no bullies

Once they get near her, one of the girls in the group, blonde-haired, stomps on the girl. "Why are you so dumb?!" The blonde-haired girl screams, with laughter of delight and humor coming from the group.

Quinn: *rage and insanity moment*
Kube: quinn calm down-

There's more name-calling as time goes on. "Stupid!" "Big-head!" "Idiot!" "Four-Eyes!" (I forgot to put glasses in the picture, gosh darn you forgetful brain)

Quinn: *grows more and more angrier with every insult*
Kube: quinn please calm down-

A blood curdling scream interrupts the kids' foul words. Sobbing from the girl fills the shocked silence of the group. "Shut up!" One kid screams. She can't, though. She can't stop crying.

Quinn: alright. T I M E T O S T O P T H I S .
Kube: QUINN NO-

The kids now yell at her to shut up, with the occasional SLAP from them to the girl.

Quinn: *walks toward the kids* h e l l o .

All of the children look at Quinn. Sounds of question arise from the group.

Quinn: *grabs the kid being bullied and hands her over to kube*
Kube: what do you want me to do with this child?
Quinn: c o v e r h e r e y e s .

The child stays completely still in Kube's grip, unsure of what to do. The group of kids slowly back up, and some are starting to run away.

Quinn: *takes out a Swiss Army knife* :)

There is some laughter from the remaining members of the group. Why would someone attack a group with such a small weapon, they think to themselves.

Quinn: *stabs one of the bullies*

There's a couple of screams from some in the group, and also the one who got stabbed. The one who got stabbed, a dark-blue haired boy, screams and retreats into the nearby suburbs. Some other kids join him, running as fast as they physically could. They're REALLY in danger now.

Quinn: :)
Kube: QUINN WHAT THE FU-

She watches the group scatter, then looks at the kids who have the absolute GALL to remain there.

Quinn: …
Kube: QUINN GET THE F**K BACK HERE-
Quinn: s h u t u p .

The rest of the group runs away.

Quinn: *finally satisfied*

The girl looks at Quinn, biting her index finger nail.

Quinn: *puts the knife away* hey it’s ok i’m not gonna hurt you

She'd just look at them, sweat and some remaining tears rolling down her face.

Quinn: *hugs the child* it’s ok. you’re safe now

The girl blinks, shocked by the sudden affection. She wraps her arms around Quinn, too.

Quinn: *smiles*
Kube: oh ok

Kat lets go of Quinn, backing up to see their appearances. "So, Quinn," she looks at Quinn. "..And Kube?" she looks at Kube.

"Thank you." She mutters.

Quinn: what’s you name?
Kube: :3

She hesitates for a few seconds. "Kat. It's Kat."

Quinn: i’m quinn
Kube: and i’m kube

Nemesis: *sees* (he’s also 6m tall*

She'd climb up the slide swiftly, as if something is about to murder her. She then climbs into a tube and hides, occasionally peeking out of the holes.

N: *walks to the tube* what’s wrong

/ The girl takes a look at Nemesis, sort of scared of his appearance. "They--them." She points outside of the tube to a group of around 4th grade school kids, all looking around the playground. "I think they want to hurt me." /

N: I’ll help you *turns his sword arm into a normal one like the other three*

(He maeds his blade arm into a normal one)
N: *sees his arm* no *turns it to normal*

(oh oops i read that wrong, let me delete it 😃🤘)

/ "How are you going to help, though?" She glances at the group, who has started walking towards the tube. /

N: *turns to smoke and goes inside the tube and reforms*

/ She jumps backward, hitting her head on the tube. /

N: *sees the kids*

The children fortunately don't see them yet, but some climb into the jungle gym to get to the tube.

N: *blocks the way*

Rose: :< ?

/ She climbs the pole of the swings and hangs from up there, watching the ground. /

Rose: :{ ? *walks over, carefully so she doesn't scare her*

/ The girl watches her approach, then lifts herself up higher, letting her legs dangle from the top pole. "Are--are you one of them?" She leans down a little bit to see Rose's face. /

Rose: no, of course not

/ "Oh. I didn't see you before, so I thought..." She relinquishes the thought and looks over to a group of kids. /

Rose: you..stopped talking? What's the matter?

/ She grimaces. "I thought you were going to hurt me, like them." She points across the playground to the group of kids. /

Rose: uhm..no

She doesn't move, though. "Can you--can you please tell them to go away?"

Rose: ..I could try..!

"Thanks."

Rose: *nods, and heads over to them, tripping a bit*
