Well uhm according to Pokémon themselves ash stays consistently ten in all the shows canonically even though REALISTICALLY they are 17 or 16 by Kalos. But canonically Serena is 10.

I don’t follow canon I follow what is actually realistic, so if you think Ash is somehow 10, sorry, my mind is not changing on this matter or any other
