That's the plan.
You can't justify more and more money printing and more and more government overreaches if you don't have a victim to "help."
Nevermind that the homelessness we'll face was caused by printing money and putting people out of jobs by shuttering small businesses (while conveniently leaving big businesses open...)

I agree. This is making people so desperate, that when they roll out the Great Reset, it will be welcomed with open arms.
